As the end of the year comes into view, we tend to have gift-giving on the brain. Some people truly love to give to others; others might not feel the same, finding the obligation more stress-filled. With this in mind, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite DIY and wellness-oriented gifts for this season. A handful of items bring out the snugly vibes this time of year — soothing oil diffuser blends, warm scented baths, feel-good reads, and such. As the outside world welcomes colder temperatures and shorter daylight hours, an inspiring story or homemade bath and body recipe can usher in comfort and cheer to brighten your home and heart. They’re small, inexpensive luxuries with a big impact.

Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of experience dealing with various types of headaches. And I’ve tried it all — going to the doctors, pain medications, cool washcloths — you name it. They are known to provide relief, aid circulation, and reduce stress all at the same time.
Headaches typically fall into one of four categories: migraine, tension, sinus, or sugar. And each category can be treated with essential oils to ease the pain. A migraine is often caused by insomnia, stress, anxiety, or hormonal changes, while a tension headache usually comes from stress or strain. Sinus headaches occur when the nasal passages become clogged and cause pressure to build up within your sinuses, and sugar headaches come from low blood sugar levels.
