As we celebrate Thanksgiving this week, let’s remember to show ourselves some extra gratitude. Life becomes hectic with family members in town, pies to bake, and not to mention Christmas gifts to start purchasing. For me this year, I’m making a conscious effort to slow down and be present this week, and hopefully throughout the remaining year. Below are 25 ideas to say thank-you to yourself. And remember, there are no rules to this list, so spread the thankfulness and share an activity or two with a friend or family member.
