Now that the holidays have come and gone, I am preparing to say goodbye to 2019 this week and hello to 2020. As the new decade begins, I am taking the time to reflect on the previous one and think ahead to what the next 10 years might look like. It’s a thrill to think how much has changed in that amount of time. It can be a difficult task recalling some experiences and emotions, but the ritual is helpful to process what’s been going on and how I might change or improve upon it moving forward. Here are 20 ways I’m starting this new year off right. Would you care to join me?
