Here in Southern California, moving from one season to the next happens subtly and often later in the year than other locations. In October and sometimes even November, 80- or 90-degree days aren’t unusual. When the weather does start to cool down and temperatures drop in the evenings, it’s a refreshing breath of cold air. To help encourage this transition in my home, I like to fill the rooms with cozy diffuser blends.
It’s a simple way to add warmth and joy to our everyday lives — and pretend the weather outside is colder than it truly is! For those looking to infuse cozy autumn vibes in their home, try one of the following blends. Do you have a favorite diffuser blend for this time of year?
1 drop cardamom
2 drops vetiver
2 drops cedarwood
2 drops clove
2 drops vanilla
3 drops ginger
3 drops cinnamon
2 drops lavender
2 drops lemon
2 drops peppermint
1 drop rosemary
2 drops lavender
4 drops cedarwood
2 drops Douglas fir
2 drops vanilla
3 drops black spruce
1 drop ginger
1 drop cinnamon bark
2 drops pine
2 drops eucalyptus
