Now that the holidays have come and gone, I am preparing to say goodbye to this year and hello to what’s next! As the New Year approaches, I am taking the time to reflect on the previous one and think ahead to what the next year might look like. It’s a thrill to think how much has changed in that amount of time. It can be a difficult task recalling some experiences and emotions, but the ritual is helpful to process what’s been going on and how I might change or improve upon it moving forward.
