Gift-giving for the men in my life can be challenging. They tend to buy what they want when they want it, which makes it difficult when racking my brain for memorable or practical options. I often have to get creative, and sometimes I choose to make them something rather than purchase it from a store.
As Father’s Day approaches, homemade beard oil is a great gift for all the men in your life. It’s easy to make, only requiring your favorite essential oils, a small amount of carrier oil, and a 2-ounce dropper bottle. You can wrap the bottle with a small piece of twine and maybe a tag with a handwritten sentiment, and you are all set to celebrate your best guys. Here are four beard oil blends to get you started; feel free to customize the scents to suit your recipient.
3 drops orange
3 drops cedarwood
3 drops frankincense
2 drops lavender
1 oz. carrier oil
