Transform your daily routine into a chance to deeply savor the moment you’re in. Pause, breathe, and remember that radiance starts from the inside out.
Mindful living entails slowing down and enjoying the pleasure of the moment you’re in. Taking a moment to light a candle, soak in a bath, or savor a skincare routine can be an opportunity to pause the busy pace of life as we stop and care for ourselves — an opportunity to breathe, to enjoy a calming aroma, or simply just to be.
Just as we rest to replenish our bodies, mindfulness can replenish our minds and give it a chance to rest too. Today, pause to be mindful of the moment you’re in, and remember that radiance starts from the inside out.

Way back in 2015, there was an article in “Mindful” magazine written by Patricia Jennings titled “A Happier Day At School”. Within her article was the following wonderful quote:
“As we apply mindful awareness to our emotional experiences, we build greater self-awareness. We develop the ability to recognize our emotions and understand the role they play in our teaching.” We can change the word ‘teaching’ to ‘life’ or ‘relationships’, even ‘in what we create’ and so on.
In each of us there is a king; speak to him and he will come forth.
Scandanavian proverb
“Looking at beauty in the world is the first step of purifying the mind.”
The thought of beauty as purification is lovely for the mind and also for the heart and soul.
