  1. I just came across the Candle issue in a new magazine called In Her Studio. Do you still have the Candle issue available for purchase? I have never seen your magazine before. Where might it be purchased? I live in WA state. Thank you.

  2. I pre-ordered and paid for this candle magazine on 10/14/18. Order# 173406. Everything indicates it should be on newstands 12/1. It is now 12/22 and I have never received my copy. Can you assist?

    1. Hi Sandra,

I am so sorry that you have not yet received your copy of The Candle Issue. It definitely should have arrived by now. I have sent your message to our customer service manager, so she can verify that the shipping address we have for you is correct, and then send you a replacement copy. Her name is Alondra, and you may hear from her if she has any questions about your order.

Thank you for letting us know, and again, please accept our apologies that your copy never got to you.

      Sincerely,
      Jordan
